Product Overview

This test system is developed based on national standard protocols GB/T 118487.1-2015, GB/T 34657.1-2017, NBIT 33008.2-2018, 61851-22.ISO 15118 is developed based on European standard protocol EC IEC 62196, and is suitable for national standard, European standard and American standard AC charging pile manufacturers. For large-scale and large-capacity charging pile manufacturers, it will be more effective in improving production efficiency. The test system mainly includes vehicle sockets (national standard AC, European standard AC, American standard AC), vehicle battery management system simulation software, vehicle control simulation circuit, oscilloscope, power meter, resistance load, safety comprehensive tester, industrial computer, AC variable frequency power supply, etc. The electric vehicle AC charging interface simulation device can truly simulate the charging process and various faults. The device can meet the connection detection, charging handshake, configuration and charging, detection of charging voltage and current, and interoperability testing, etc.
