The Sunwin 30KW Rack Mounted Liquid Cooled Load Bank, with its standardized rack design for compact spaces and integrated high-efficiency liquid cooling technology and precise measurement and control capabilities, provides a "space-saving, high-efficiency, high-precision" professional solution for the testing of small and medium-sized power equipment.

This load bank adopts a rack-mounted structure, which can be directly integrated into standard cabinets without occupying additional floor space, perfectly adapting to space-constrained scenarios such as computer rooms and laboratories. The core heat dissipation system adopts an efficient liquid cooling design with a heat exchange efficiency of ≥95%. Equipped with corrosion-resistant pipelines and environmentally friendly cooling fluid, it can quickly dissipate heat generated during testing, ensuring stable temperature of the equipment during continuous full-load operation and avoiding test interruptions caused by insufficient heat dissipation of traditional air cooling.

Overtemperature   protection

The load is   equipped with inlet and outlet temperature monitoring, and the front display   has an over-temperature alarm indicator light.
  When the temperature is abnormal, an alarm will be issued and the device will   be unloaded (the upper limit of the inlet and outlet liquid temperature is   alarmed, and the value is adjustable (the default is 80
).


Pressure   protection

The load can   monitor the inlet and outlet pressure of the liquid. When the pressure   exceeds the set value (the alarm value can be set), an alarm will be issued   and the load will be unloaded.


Overload   protection

Monitor the   power of the whole machine during load operation. When the power exceeds the   set value, an alarm will be triggered and the machine will be unloaded. The   alarm value is adjustable.


Short-circuit   protection

When short   circuit or overcurrent occurs, the step circuit breaker trips to protect   against damage to the equipment;


Grounding   protection

The input port   has a ground wire and is connected to the chassis. The chassis has a   grounding position for users to use for grounding.


Leakage   protection

The load   monitors the leakage status of the load water channel in real time. When   leakage occurs, the sound and light alarm prompts and the load is unloaded.


Protection   switch

Some protection   functions are equipped with switches, which can temporarily turn off the   corresponding protection function in case of false alarm or special needs.


Transportation

The front panel   has a handle and the bottom has casters for easy transportation.


Dimension

Human-machine   interface and display

The dummy load   is equipped with a local touch screen with inlet and outlet liquid   temperature display; inlet and outlet liquid pressure display; power,   current, voltage display, and flow display; temperature, pressure, flow and   other data display can be viewed locally , and curves and historical data can   be exported to a USB flash drive. The exported data can be used to generate   curves on the host computer and can be printed;
